ContextEntity: entity for which (or for who) some context is specified

ContextElement: some context information is always wrapped with a !ContextElement (CE) - such a CE workes like a specialized version of a *reified* RDF statement (reification of RDF statements allow *general* statements about statements, however, we only allow special properties there)

ContextObject: a top-level ontology for values which can be used to describe some context - instances of sublcasses of !ContextObject are indeed the objects used in a !ContextElement
